Base URL only (no path). This portal never stores your Meta access token — it calls /api/send-whatsapp to send and polls /api/conversations every few seconds so replies show up automatically. Your token lives only on that server. See the companion server.js + README-WHATSAPP-SETUP.md.

Before you switch this on for real cold outreach:
Meta requires a pre-approved message template for the first message to someone who hasn't messaged you first. Free-form text only works inside a 24-hour window after a customer replies. Sending unsolicited marketing text outside that window can get your WhatsApp Business number restricted.
Get templates approved in Meta Business Manager first, then reference the approved template name from your backend.
